The sessions at Thoughtful Therapy are customized to each individual client. When a body is operating at its optimal level, each system, cell, atom is in constant communication with each other at all times.
Through exposure to the stresses of day-to-day life (low sleep, low nutrition, low water intake, low exercise, etc.) these lines of communication can become compromised, which can lead to a decline in physical, emotional, and mental health.
A massage session at Thoughtful Therapy is a soothing and relaxing blend of massage techniques.
Guided Relaxation Therapy is simply a state of very deep relaxation; it is used in hypnosis and during REM Sleep.
